This is a recording of the presentation “KDIGO C3G and IC MPGN” by Dr. Fadi Fakhouri from the May 2026 Russian Dialysis Society Meeting. Dr. Fakhouri reviews advances in the understanding and treatment of C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) and immune complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN), including evolving disease classification, alternative pathway inhibitors such as iptacopan and pegcetacoplan, and emerging evidence supporting both clinical and pathological remission.
